Online Enterprises / Kings Corner can ship the majority of our products anywhere in the world. Most orders shipped within the continental US are sent via UPS. International and orders sent to PO or APO addresses are shipped via US Priority Mail. In some cases, large or heavy items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Costs for orders shipped outside the US can vary greatly and depends on the item ordered and the location where it is being shipped. Please contact us to receive a quote.

Due to the size and weight of some items, your order may be subject to one of three oversized fees. OS1 packages are billed an extra $5, OS2 packages are billed an extra $15 and OS3 packages are billed a flat fee of $35.

Orders sent via UPS can be tracked by visiting our Web site http://www.chess-boards.com, the UPS Web site http://www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS. Once your package ships, you should be contacted via telephone and given your tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us and we will be happy to provide it to you.

Orders shipped via US Priority Mail are NOT traceable.

Most orders are shipped out within 24-48 business hours. We request that you allow up to 10 business days for orders shipped via UPS Ground and 20 business days for orders shipped via US Priority Mail.
